TRAMPOLINING COURSE
Trampolining courses run termly, throughout the school term, taking a break during the school holidays.
Courses are instructed by a British Trampoline Federation qualified coach with many years coaching experience and personal trampolining history, currently held on Tuesday evenings. Two sessions are available.
Trampolining is an excellent way to develop body awareness, coordination and strength. Children have individual instruction and are therefore encouraged to listen and respond to instruction. As skills develop children will be able to link moves and learn routines that can include front and back somersaults. Skills are broken down into small achieveable goals and then build into a variety of different moves.
Please note that skills learned during these courses should not be practising at home. Trampolining can be dangerous if not performed the presence of a qualified instructor, who provides close supervision on technique and safety, and on equipment that meets all current safety standards and maintained as such by qualified professionals.
