CREDITON TAGB TAEKWONDO

The Crediton TAGB Taekwondo club is affiliated to the Taekwondo association of Great Britain and caters for all age groups from Tigers, aged 4 years+, Juniors up to adults, and all abilities.

The aims of the club include fitness, coordination, flexibility, matital arts training, sparring, self defence, discipline - especially for juniors, and centres itself around a friendly, family orientated club atmosphere.

Training takes place on Tuesdays at Queen Elizabeth College between 7 and 9pm, and at Lords Meadow Leisure Centre as follows:

Fridays 6.15 - 7.00om ~ Tigers (age 4 - 11 years)

Fridays 7.00 - 8.30pm ~ Families and Adults

There are no restrictions for training except for being in generally good health.

All instructors are fully qualified and CRB checked. Fitness Instructor qualifications are also held.
